July 8. The Second Yegor Gaidar Economic Policy Lecture, supported by the Human Capital Foundation, will take place at the Moscow Polytechnic Museum. A distinguished economist and the Head of the Central Bank of Israel, Stanley Fischer, will present his lecture as a part of NES Commencement 2011.
