Human Capital foundation is pleased to announce a new grant application round for research projects. Grants will be awarded to research teams in physics (power engineering), information and computer technology (See Research program).

Human Capital foundation is pleased to announce an application round for monographs in economics. Studies that encompass economics and sociology, economics and law, etc. are welcomed. Economics applicants are required to submit elaborate book outlines specifying the chapters, up to 12 pages. On expiration of the grant period the foundation undertakes to cover the publishing costs (See Research program).

The foundation is accepting applications from September 1 to September 30, 2004.
